Resonetics buys STI Laser Industries

Resonetics has acquired STI Laser Industries, an Israeli provider of laser processing, nitinol shape setting and electropolishing and cleanroom assembly and packaging for the medical device industry. No financial terms were disclosed. Resonetics is owned by Regatta Medical, a portfolio company of GTCR.
