Riverside Co. Buys Rutland Plastics

The Riverside Company has acquired Rutland Plastics. Financial terms weren't announced. Pineville, N.C.-based Rutland provides premium screen printing inks for the apparel industry and plastisol compounds that are used in coating, molding, and other applications for automotive and industrial customers. BMO Harris Bank and GE Antares Capital provided senior financing and PNC Erieview Capital provided mezzanine financing for the transaction.
