Riverside Company Buys Kyjen

The Riverside Company has acquired Kyjen Co. Financial terms weren't announced. Centennial, Colo.-based Kyjen designs and distributes branded dog toys such as Plush Puppies, Invincibles, Outward Hound and Dog Games. Deerpath provided the financing for the deal.
