Riverside exits Work Health Group

The Riverside Company has sold Melbourne, Australia-based Work Health Group, a provider of occupational rehabilitation care management services, employment services and disability support. No financial terms were disclosed. Deloitte Corporate Finance and Herbert Smith Freehills advised Work Health Group on the transaction.
