Sheridan Capital invests in Empower Physical Therapy

Sheridan Capital Partners said Oct. 30 that it invested in Empower Physical Therapy. Financial terms weren’t announced. Empower PT, of Phoenix, currently operates outpatient physical therapy clinics across the Southwest U.S. Oxford Finance provided debt financing for the transaction. McGuireWoods LLP served as legal counsel to Sheridan Capital Partners.
