Sidereal Capital to merge three payment solutions and services firms
Sidereal Capital Group LLC has teamed up with Larry McCarter to merge three payment solutions and services companies: Qwinstar Corporation, 3 Point Alliance Canada Inc and CashTech Currency Products Inc. The newly combined company will operate under the Qwinstar name. Ocean Avenue Capital Partners LP invested alongside Sidereal and McCarter in the transaction. No financial terms were disclosed. Paramax Corporation provided financial advice to Qwinstar Corporation and 3 Point Alliance Canada Inc. on the deal.
