SoftBank completes Fortress acquisition for $3.3 bln

SoftBank Group Corp has completed its previously announced take-private acquisition of Fortress Investment Group for $3.3 billion in cash. As a result of the closing, Fortress has stopped trading on the New York Stock Exchange.
