Sycamore to buy Ann Taylor, Lane Bryant and other store brands for $540m: WSJ

Sycamore Partners has agreed to acquire Ascena Retail Group Inc, the bankrupt parent company of store brands such as Ann Taylor and Lane Bryant, for $540 million, reported the Wall Street Journal.
