TPG-backed Mediware buys Rock-Pond Solutions

Mediware Information Systems Inc, which is backed by TPG Capital, has acquired Conway, Arkansas-based Rock-Pond Solutions, a business intelligence and analytics software provider for the home infusion, home medical equipment and specialty pharmacy industries. No financial terms were disclosed.
