Transworld Systems buys Altisource Financial Services, Nationwide Credit
Transworld Systems Inc said July 1 that it closed its buy of Altisource Financial Services business, including Nationwide Credit Inc. Financial terms weren’t announced. Altisource Portfolio Solutions SA is the seller. Altisource Financial Services and NCI provide collections, customer relationship management, and call center outsourcing for financial, retail credit, mortgage servicing, insurance, utility, and hospitality industries. In 2014, Platinum Equity acquired Expert Global Solutions, which was renamed Transworld Systems, PitchBook said.
