U of Penn-focused Red & Blue Ventures collects $13.9 mln for maiden fund
Red & Blue Ventures has raised $13.9 million for its inaugural fund, according to an SEC filing. The target is $20 million. Based in Philadelphia, the seed and early-stage venture firm invests in companies founded by University of Pennsylvania students, faculty members and alumni.
