Vista Equity Buys Saxotech, Digital Technology International

Vista Equity Partners has acquired Saxotech and Digital Technology International and combining the business operations of the two companies. Financial terms weren't announced. The new company will be called Newscycle Solutions. Tampa, Fla.-based Saxotech and DTI, of Springville, Utah, both provide enterprise software solutions for the global news media industry.
