Vista Equity weighs sale of Mediaocean: Wall Street Journal

Vista Equity Partners is exploring the sale of advertising software provider Mediaocean LLC, the Wall Street Journal reported. Vista has hired Morgan Stanley and Macquarie to help weigh a sale that could value Mediaocean at more than $1.5 billion, the story said.
