Vista to buy Alegeus from Lightyear

Vista Equity Partners has agreed to acquire Waltham, Massachusetts-based Alegeus, a consumer-directed healthcare payment and processing firm, from Lightyear Capital. No financial terms were disclosed. BofA Merrill Lynch and TripleTree served as financial advisers in the transaction.
