VMG Partners buys snack brand Popchips

VMG Partners has acquired snack brand Popchips. No financial terms were disclosed. The acquisition is the first of VMG's new branded snacking platform Velocity Snack Brands. The platform will acquire, incubate and grow a portfolio of snack brands.
