Warburg Pincus to acquire Spanish online wealth management firm Self Bank

Warburg Pincus has teamed up with Javier Marín Romano to acquire Self Trade Bank S.A.U. from Société Générale's Boursorama subsidiary. No financial terms were disclosed. Madrid, Spain-based Self Bank is an online wealth management provider.
