Water Street Healthcare to sell HealthPlan Services for $460 mln

Wipro Ltd. said Thursday it has agreed to buy HealthPlan Services for $460 million. Water Street Healthcare Partners is the seller. Tampa-based HealthPlan Services provides sales, benefits administration, retention, reform and technology solutions to the insurance and managed care industries.
