Water Street and JLL close DLSS buyout

Water Street Healthcare Partners and JLL Partners have closed their previously announced acquisition of Milwaukee-based Dohmen Life Sciences Services, which provides biopharmaceutical and medical device companies with services in the areas of patient support, supply chain, compliance, finance and technology. The seller was The Dohmen Company. No financial terms were disclosed.
