WestView Capital Invests in DavexLabs
WestView Capital Partners has invested in DavexLabs LLC dba L'ANZA, a portfolio company of Caltius Equity Partners. CEO David Berglass participated in the transaction. Financial terms weren't announced. Santa Monica, Calif.-based DavexLabs is a hair care company exclusively dedicated to the professional salon channel. The deal team at Intrepid Investment Bankers, which included Steve Davis, Adam Abramowitz and Shahriar Attaie, advised DavexLabs.
