Wind Point to sell Valicor Environmental to Pritzker Private Capital

Wind Point Partners said July 10 that it agreed to sell Valicor Environmental Services to Pritzker Private Capital. Financial terms of the deal, which is expected to close in July, weren't announced. Valicor, of Monroe, Ohio, provides non-hazardous wastewater treatment services to more than 5,000 customers throughout North America.
