Windjammer buys Advanced Instruments

Windjammer Capital Investors has acquired Norwood, Massachusetts-based Advanced Instruments LLC, a maker of laboratory test equipment for the clinical, food and dairy, microbiology, pharmaceutical and biotech markets. No financial terms were disclosed.
