Wynnchurch buys Boss Industries

Wynnchurch Capital LLC said Feb. 5 that it acquired Boss Industries LLC. Financial terms weren’t announced. Boss, of La Porte, Indiana, provides power take-off and engine driven rotary screw air technology that is used in compressors and vapor recovery systems.
