Olympus acquires AmSpec from Incline

Incline Equity Partners has sold AmSpec Holding Corp to Olympus Partners. No financial terms were disclosed. Linden, New Jersey-based AmSpec is a provider of testing, inspection and certification services for petroleum traders and refiners. Also, Incline has promoted Leon Rubinov to partner. Prior to joining Incline, Rubinov was a vice president at Sterling Partners.
