Wind Point acquires A&R Logistics

Wind Point Partners has acquired Louisville, Kentucky-based A&R Logistics, a provider of integrated dry bulk logistics solutions for the chemical and plastic industries. No financial terms were disclosed. Antares Capital, Bain Capital, First Eagle Investment Management and Varagon Capital provided the debt financing for the transaction.
