Bain-backed Italmatch Chemicals buys BWA Water Additives.

Italmatch Chemicals, a Bain Capital Privte Equity portfolio company, said Dec. 10 that it agreed to buy BWA Water Additives. Financial terms weren’t announced. BWA Water Additives, a provider of sustainable water management solutions for the oil & gas, industrial water treatment and desalination industries.
