Century Park Capital recaps MCCi

Century Park Capital Partners said Jan. 29 that completed a majority recapitalization of MCCi LLC. Company management and its founders also participated. Financial terms weren’t announced. MCCi, of Tallahassee, Florida, is a software and IT services firm focused on enterprise content management and business process automation. Winston Strawn and Crowe LLC advised Century Park.
