Cinven to divest remaining stake in Visma to Hg and CPPIB

Cinven has agreed to sell its remaining stake in Visma to Hg and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board. No financial terms were disclosed. Visma is a provider of business software to small and medium-sized companies, retailers and local authorities across the Nordic, Benelux and Baltic regions.
