EIS is a provider of process materials, production supplies, specialty wire and cable and fabricated parts. And, GPC is a distributor of automotive replacement parts in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Australasia, France, the U.K., Germany, Poland, the Netherlands and Belgium.

Aloi Materials Handling & Automation LLC, a portfolio company of Wincove Private Holdings LP, has acquired Kentucky-based Mainstream Inc, a mechanical contractor specializing in conveyor belts and shoots. No financial terms were disclosed. Generational Equity advised Mainstream on the deal.

Autokiniton US Holdings Inc, a portfolio company of KPS Capital Partners LP, said Sept. 30 that it closed its buy of Tower International for $31 a share or $900 million, including debt. Tower makes engineered automotive structural metal components and assemblies. The deal was announced in July.
