Angeles Equity Partners said Nov. 5 that it acquired Crenlo Cab Products LLC and Worthington Industries Engineered Cabs (WIEC). Financial terms weren’t announced. KPS Capital Partners LP sold Crenlo, while Worthington Industries sold WIEC. Angeles owns a majority of the combined Crenlo and WIEC, while Worthington Industries has a minority.
