Monroe Capital LLC said Nov. 13 that it provided a $56 million loan to support the recap of Nova Wildcat Amerock LLC by a private equity firm. Amerock, of Huntersville, North Carolina, designs and supplies decorative and functional hardware and related accessories for kitchens, baths, and bedrooms.

Trimaran currently manages six CLOs with approximately $3 billion of assets under management. Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP served as legal counsel for LibreMax on the transaction.
