LaSalle Investment Management has agreed to acquire Latitude's debt fund business. No financial terms were disclosed. The deal is expected to close during the first quarter of 2019. Berkshire Capital provided financial advice to Latitude on the transaction. Latitude is a commercial real estate lender.

TIG Advisors LLC has acquired a minority stake in Toronto-based Romspen, an alternative credit manager focused on North American real estate. In conjunction with the transaction, Kudu Investment Management LLC will provide funding to the TIG holding company. No financial terms were disclosed. Sandler O’Neill + Partners L.P. provided financial advice to TIG on the deal.

Antares has provided a $138 million credit facility to back Calera Capital Partners' acquisition of ImageFirst Healthcare Laundry Specialists. Based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, ImageFirst is a linen rental and laundry service company focused on the healthcare market. Antares was joint lead arranger and administrative agent for the financing. UPDATE: Varagon was also involved in the financing, serving as joint lead arranger and joint bookrunner, according to a source familiar with the transaction.

Salt Creek Midstream, a midstream provider in the Delaware Basin, has secured a four-year $650 million term loan via Deutsche Bank. The capital will be used to develop and expand Salt Creek's business in the Delaware Basin. Salt Creek is backed by Ares Management LP and ARM Energy Holdings LLC.

Inc, an independent industrial refrigeration service company. ARC is a portfolio company of Southfield Capital. Abacus was the administrative agent and sole lender on the financing.
