Evans Analytical Group Buys SEAL

Evans Analytical Group, which is backed by Odyssey Investment Partners, has acquired Scanning Electron Analysis Laboratories. Financial terms were not announced. Los Angeles-based SEAL is an analytical laboratory that serves the defense, aerospace, consumer products, industrial products, electronics and medical devices industries.
