OFS Energy Doubles Size For Fund II
Bolstered by an infusion of institutional commitments, OFS Energy Fund plans to step up its investments in small to mid-market service providers in the oil and gas industries. But while the firm may have the ability to do somewhat larger deals, Partner Jerad McMayon told Buyouts it is more likely that the Houston-based firm will choose rather to do more deals.
