GenNx360 Capital Partners has made an investment in Brewerton, New York-based Schneider Packaging Equipment Company Inc, a maker of end-of-line packaging equipment. No financial terms were disclosed. Harvey & Company advised Schneider and GenNx360 on the transaction.

KCM Capital has acquired Mobile, Alabama-based Industrial Valve Sales & Services LLC, a provider of specialty valve services and products. No financial terms were disclosed for the transaction that was done in partnership with PNC Mezzanine Capital, Five Points Capital and IVS management. Hancock Capital Management provided senior debt financing to back the deal while Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP served as legal counsel to KCM.

Stellex Capital Management has agreed to sell Morbark LLC, a maker of high-performance equipment and aftermarket parts for forestry, tree maintenance, biomass, land management and recycling markets, to Alamo Group Inc. The purchase price is US$352 million. Morbark is based in Winn, Michigan with subsidiary operations in Wooster, Ohio and Roxton Falls, Québec.

Based in Schaumburg, Illinois, Northwest Pallet is a pallet solutions company while Brunswick, Ohio-based Prime is a pallet management service provider.
