Ex-Cerberus Marketer Accuses Firm Of Misleading Investors
A former marketing executive has sued Cerberus Capital Management LP, accusing the New York mega-firm of retaliating against her and wrongfully firing her after she complained that marketing documents misrepresented a residential mortgage fund that she was selling. Cerberus called the allegations in the suit “without basis in law or fact.”
