Vistara Capital Partners raises over $40m

The Vancouver-based investment firm has held a first close of its third growth-focused vehicle.

Vistara Capital Partners has raised more than $40 million and held the first close for its Technology Growth Fund III. The fund has reached over 40 percent of its initial fundraising target of $100 million.

The firm will provide loans up to $15 million to target mid- to late-stage companies focusing on enterprise software business including fintech and healthcare.
