Robin Bailey, chief financial officer at private funds management firm Pantheon, has been promoted to partner.
Bailey, who is based in London, joined the firm in 2010 from early stage venture capital firm Ipex Capital, where he worked in the investment team. He previously worked for Deloitte in its London corporate finance advisory practice.
His promotion was part of the succession plan following the retirement of Robert Amis, the firm’s chief operating officer and member of the partnership board, at the end of December.
A further six members of the global investment team were promoted, including Charlotte Morris and Sara Lonergan, who moved up to principal level.
Eight additional promotions were made in the operations, client services, global marketing and legal and compliance teams.
Pantheon Ventures, along with affiliate Pantheon, manages or advises funds and clients investing globally in private equity, infrastructure and real assets. It also invests in the secondaries market. It has around $34.2 billion in assets under management.
