Activant Capital raises $129m

The global growth stage venture capital firm closes largest fund to date.

Activant Ventures II, which held a first close at $64 million in March 2017, has now held a final close at $129 million. Activant Capital had originally targeted $150 million for this vehicle, to be invested in commerce infrastructure and IoT companies.

Activant Ventures I previously closed at $55.3 million in October 2015.
