Benhamou Global Ventures raises $40m

Benhamou Global Ventures‘ BGV Opportunity Fund has held a first close with $40 million of capital commitments. The fund will invest at a later stage in portfolio companies that received initial investments from the firm through BGV II and BGV III. The firm has not disclosed the target size for the fund. Virtual investments in the application-centric infrastructure performance management category are a primary focus for the firm.
