D.A. Davidson & Co. hires Craig Korte

The California-based investment bank hired Korte for middle market deals

California-based D.A. Davidson & Co. has hired Craig Korte to focus on middle market industrial companies. Korte will serve as a managing director, in the investment bank’s Chicago office.

Prior to joining D.A. Davidson & Co., Korte was a director in Lazard’s middle market industrials group. He has also held roles at with Brown Gibbons Lang & Company and Bank of America.

D.A. Davidson & Co. maintains offices in 24 states offering the full range of investment banking services. The firm opened an office in Baltimore earlier this month – the office will focus on real estate investments. Keith Getter, formerly of Legg Mason and Stifel Nicolaus will head up Davidson’s real estate group there.

D.A. Davidson Companies is responsible for more than $45 billion in client assets under management and administration.
