Digital+ Partners has held a final close of Digital Growth Fund I at its €350 million hard-cap, exceeding the initial target by €50 million. The growth fund is dedicated to investing in B2B companies operating in industrial and financial technology sectors in Germany. The firm can invest up to €50 million per company and has already invested around €60 million in six tech companies.
The European Investment Fund and KfW have committed capital to the fund, alongside other institutional investors, technology companies and technology-oriented family offices in Germany, Europe, the US and Asia.
