Fund admin beefs up PE team

IKONIC Fund Services has added two new private equity executives as it expands its private fund offerings and client base.

Fund administrator IKONIC Fund Services added two new hires to the private equity practice in its Charlotte office, according to a statement.

Lisa England-Hollenbeck joined IKONIC in June as a private equity group manager. Previously Lisa worked as a controller at private equity firm Falfurrias Capital Partners and as an assistant controller at venture capital firm Pappas Ventures, according to her LinkedIn profile.

Additionally, in August IKONIC hired Jeff Sanders in the role of senior fund accountant. Prior to joining IKONIC, Jeff was a senior associate with McGladrey Charlotte.

The new hires are a response to the “significant growth” IKONIC has seen in its private fund administration client base in 2015, with the addition of new private equity, venture capital and real estate clients across the Southeast, New York and Canada, according to a statement from the firm.

IKONIC, which provides accounting, investor servicing and other value add services to alternative funds, plans to further develop its front and back office reporting offerings.
