Goldman, former MD seek to dismiss NY lawsuit

Goldman Sachs and a former managing director have asked the New York Supreme Court to drop a lawsuit brought by a Hong Kong-based private equity firm, on the grounds that the Court lacks jurisdiction to hear the matter.
