Paris-based Idinvest Partners has promoted Olga Koulechova to partner.
Koulechova, who joined Idinvest in 2011, was formerly head of business development. She had previously held positions at Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management, as executive vice-president in charge of the Nordic countries, and at Natixis Asset Management, where she was senior international sales manager.
Her new role at Indinvest will involve developing relationships with large institutional investors.
Idinvest, a subsidiary of Paris-listed fund manager IDI Group, is a fund of funds and venture capital private equity firm. It invests €1.7 billion through its fund of funds vehicles and €300 million through its venture capital activities.
It was formerly part of German insurer Allianz Group. Founded in 1997, it gained independence in May 2010 with the backing of IDI Group.
The firm held a first close on its first secondary vehicle on €100 million in September 2012, in a year that also saw it close its first private debt vehicle €25 million above target, on €275 million. This came shortly before it launched its latest mezzanine fund in April, which has a target of €150 million.
Last December, the firm announced its intention to double its asset under management over the next five years. It currently has around €3.3 billion under management.
