Napier Park Global Capital has raised $184 million for its NP Railcar Investments II, according to a SEC filing. The New York-headquartered firm began fundraising in 2015 with a $500 million target.
Its previous fund raised $370 million in 2013.
The fund will target venture capital opportunities in industrials sectors in North America.Â
