Kline Hill Partners gathers $180m

The investment manager’s debut secondaries fund hits hard-cap.

Kline Hill Partners Fund has held a final close on its hard-cap of $180 million, surpassing its original target of $120 million. The debut secondaries vehicle will pursue buyout, growth equity and venture capital interests, but will also consider acquiring stakes in real estate, energy and private debt funds and direct secondary purchases in companies backed by private equity or venture capital.

Capital was raised from 80 institutional investors globally, including foundations, endowments, and family offices.
