Partech's European team wins independence

Partech International Partners will continue with its current investment strategy of backing disruptive technologies on both sides of the Atlantic, in partnership with its former US colleagues.

The partners of Partech announced today the buyout of Partech International Partners, the European arm of the business, by its European managing partners Philippe Collombel and Jean-Marc Patouillaud.

The firm said the buyout is fully supported by Partech investors, including European investors CIC 123Venture, Masseran, AGF Private Equity, CDC Entreprises, Caisse Nationale de Prévoyance and SGAM Alternative Investments. 

Partech International Partners will continue the strategy of trans-Atlantic investment in information technology, media and Internet companies leveraging its long-term successful cooperation with the US team, based in San Francisco and led by Vincent Worms, one of Partech’s original founders, and partners Nicolas El Baze and Tim Wilson.

0The two teams will continue to work together through a joint collaborative partnership. 

Partech International Partners will focus its efforts on investing the recently raised Partech Funds V in Europe and in the US, as well as overseeing all the European investments of the previous Partech funds.
