Pollen Street Capital raises £402m

The London-headquartered firm has closed its Fund III after two years in market.

Pollen Street Capital held a final close at £402 million for its PSC Fund III, surpassing its original £350 million target.

Private Equity Holding AG and Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch & Cie are some of the investors in the fund.

Fifty-three percent of the fund has already been deployed across seven investments. The firm is using the capital from Fund III to invest in the growth strategy in Western Europe’s financial services sector.
