Portfolio Advisors has announced the final close of PA Co-Investment Fund III at its $500 million hard-cap. The fund officially closed in December 2018. PCIF III will pursue the same strategy as its predecessors, investing in established US mid-market businesses alongside top-tier private equity sponsors.
The fund’s investor base comprises pension funds, insurance companies, foundations, endowments, family offices and high-net-worth-individuals.
