RCP Advisors has raised $258 million for its RCP Fund XI, according to a SEC filing. The Chicago-headquartered firm began fundraising in 2015 with a $250 million target.
Its previous fund raised $332 million in 2016.
The fund will target private equity fund opportunities in a diverse number of sectors in the United States.
